What should I do, if passport number has changed?

You should tell us the details of the new passport, which we will enter in the booking system. As a rule, in this case re-issuance of the ticket is not required. New details indicating the booking number in the City.Travel system should be sent to email: avia@citytravel.ru.

What should I do, if the surname and name are written differently in the new passport?

It is technically impossible to make changes to the spelling of names and surnames in the booking. Airlines vary in their attitude to inconsistencies in booking and passport. Any change can lead to cancellation of the ticket, and the refund will be possible only according to the rules of application of the chosen tariff. When making changes, all costs are borne by the client, including administrative fees, airline fines and the cost of services for reissuing a new ticket. Please, check your booking before payment.

What should I do, if I found out a mistake in the ticket?

If you find out a mistake after payment for the booking, you should contact our call-center immediately. We will try to reduce your losses when correcting the mistake, if it is possible.
